Booking is now open for the County Councils Network’s Annual 2022 Conference – one of the biggest events in the local government calendar.

This year’s event will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, between Sunday 20th of November and Tuesday 22nd of November.

As ever, you can expect the usual high-profile speakers discussing the biggest issues facing local government, such as devolution and levelling up, adult social care reform, and the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.

Confirmed speakers include:

Professor John Curtice, Professor of Politics, University of Strathclyde

Gillian Keegan MP, Minister of State for Care

Rachel de Souza, Children’s Commissioner for England

We have kept prices for 2022’s event the same as last year’s. Click here for a detailed pricing list.

The CCN Conference is an exclusive event for CCN member councils, aimed at council leaders, cabinet members, opposition leaders, chief executives and officers. If you are booking from a CCN member council, please use the main booking link below.

We expect this event to be very popular, so accommodation at the conference’s main hotel will be available one a first come, first serve basis. Once the main conference hotel has reached capacity delegates will be placed in suitable alternative accommodation close to the venue.

A limited number of places for sector stakeholders, such as civil servants, are also available. Please email ccnevents@local.gov.uk to find out more.

If you are private or third sector body and are interested in becoming a conference partner and exhibiting at the event, please email ccnpartners@local.gov.uk.
