New Homes Bonus: ‘Call for review of two tier funding split’

As part of its Spending Review submission, the County Councils Network (CCN) called for Government to review their New Homes Bonus policy, including the reform two-tier allocations, with upper counties receiving a minimum allocation of 60%.
