A message from our new Chairman-Elect

This week Cllr Tim Oliver has been named the new Chairman of the County Councils Network.

Cllr Oliver, who is Leader of Surrey County Council will be Chairman-Elect of the organisation until he formally takes up his role at the network's September AGM.
