Community Infrastructure Levy consultation: Read CCN's response

The County Councils Network has responded to the Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government's consultation on the Community Infrastructure Levy and reforming developer contributions.

Whilst the proposals in the consultation - particularly over lifting pooling restrictions - are welcome, CCN believes they do not go far enough to bridge the significant infrastructure funding gaps faced by many county authorities.
