Local Government Finance Settlement consultation: CCN responds

The County Councils Network has submitted its response to the provisional Local Government Finance Settlement 2019/20 consultation, which closed this week.

This includes CCN's key policy positions and arguments ahead of the settlement being voted on in Parliament next month.
